Shipping & Delivery
We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our premises.
Free Delivery for all orders placed within the UK. On orders placed before 1PM, delivery will be made in most cases next day before 1PM with Royal Mail. In some instances, packages will be received within 2-3 working days.
£10.00 – Receive your order within 3-5 business working days with Royal Mail. All orders are tracked.
10.00 – Receive your order within 7 business working days. All orders are tracked.
On all orders over £250.00, we offer free shipping. Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs.
In the best interest and safety of your order, please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday. You must use correct and complete addresses, including a company name and contact at the company where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
Same day express couriers can be arranged for customers at an additional charge. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for urgent orders.
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following; Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred. Orders which are placed after midday will not be downloaded into the system for processing until the next day. Therefore unless you place your order before 12PM, it will not be actioned until the following day.
Please allow at least 1 – 2days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
In the case of incomplete delivery, shipping will only be charged for the first delivery. Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and Atelier Romy will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
International Shipping is available but the fee will vary from country to country. Please email email@example.com before your purchase is made to find out the shipping fee to your international destination.
All orders are in British Pounds (£ GBP). International orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.
We use Parcel Force for our international deliveries and they require a signature on receipt of your order.
If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Our courier will attempt delivery to the same address on 3 consecutive business days. On international deliveries we can’t deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer C.O.D on any orders.
You may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. To comply with British export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”.
We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
If you require further information about your countries taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
Returns and Exchanges
At Atelier Romy, we pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers.
We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us.
If your purchase isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund to exchange or return subject to the points below, although please note there are no exchanges or refunds on earrings or sale items, unless the items are flawed or damaged.
- To return your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the return delivery address.
- All items must be returned within 28 days of the original order being received.
- Items must be returned unworn, and with original tags intact.
- You must include the original receipt with your return.
- Refunds will exclude any postage costs.
- Please allow up to 30 days from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.
